Exciting Surprise & Some Blog Candy

So last night was very exciting. My good friend Rosina emailed me to let me know I was in the Cricut newsletter called The Chirp. I had know idea I would get a mention. The newsletter featured my Mini Monster Shape Book I made recently. It was so exciting to be featured. I am so happy that I have over a hundred followers! I wanted to give away some more stamps to my followers and people that leave comments on my blog. Yes Sue Sylvester I Will Yudu You & Blog Giveaway!

So I finally got to bust the Yudu out today. It's been awhile since I have made a project with it. I have been meaning to make this Sue Sylvester shirt for awhile now. I love GLEE, one of my favorite shows. I came up with this idea to do this shirt right after the Madonna episode aired. But like many project ideas I forgot about it (I really should keep a journal). But we watched the Emmy's Sunday night and the opening GLEE number was amazing. It made me remember my idea for this shirt and I thought this will definitely be my next project. To get the image I took a screenshot from the YouTube vid of Sue Sylvester doing the Vogue number. I tweaked the image in Photoshop Elements. Trying to create a half-tone image. Most of the tutorials on how to do this were for the full version of Photoshop (which I would love but no way can afford). But I did find a tutorial that helps create this effect using PSE. Basically what I did was: Choose the file and then changed it to greyscale
