Smiley Cards Rock On Card, made with the Gypsy

Here's the first card I made with the Smiley Cards Cartridge. This cart is really cute, and when I saw the guitar image I knew I wanted to make that one first. I made the envelope, card, phrase, and guitar smiley face from the cart.

For this project the pattern papers are from the Close to My Heart You Rock line, and the cardstock is Bazzill Bling and Die Cuts With a View Metallic Stack

Cut the all elements, except the phrase, at the 3inch size, although I ended up cutting the card down to measure 2.5 inches wide to fit in the envelope well. In the future I will make the envelope 0.25 to 0.5 inches larger than the card base. I think this will work out better.

Here are some more pics, sorry not very clear, took with my iPhone camera.

I am so happy Provo Craft offered this cart as a free download. Who doesn't like free? I would have definitely picked this up if it was available at retail. I can see myself using this often to make quick and cute cards. Will be posting a new Smiley Cards project tomorrow, so look for it.

Thanks for stopping by, and please comment and follow if you like.
